Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville/Blackhawk and Livermore make up the Tri-Valley. In addition to the Tri-Valley, we have SOLD homes throughout the entire San Francisco East Bay,  including the areas to our north like Walnut Creek, Concord, and Pleasant Hill plus the Lafayette/Orinda/Moraga (aka Lamorinda) areas as well. We've also represented buyers and sellers in Castro Valley, Hayward, Union City and Fremont to the south and even to the east in the Central Valley areas of Tracy, Manteca and Patterson. We cover the entire East Bay and will provide you with superior service at all times. 

Penny grew up in the hills of Oakland and moved to Pleasanton in 1984 to start her career in Real Estate. Gary grew up in the suburbs of New York City and went to Oregon to attend the University of Oregon. He started Real Estate career there in 1978. He moved to Pleasanton in 1984 to further his Real Estate career.
